The son of a single mom, Isadore Hall grew up in Compton. After graduating from college and getting a master's from USC, he never forgot the struggles his family faced.
Isadore Hall has dedicated his life to giving back to his community, serving as a local elected official, then in the State Assembly and in the State Senate where he fought for working families, seniors, young people, immigrants and to protect our most vulnerable. Appointed by Governor Gavin Newsom, Hall currently serves on California's Agricultural Labor Relations Board.
Isadore is running for City Controller to bring pragmatic, common sense leadership back to City Hall. He will hold L.A.'s city government accountable, end the dysfunction and extremism, all while protecting our tax dollars.
